To be accepted, copy and paste this form into a new topic, and fill it out.* You must fully complete it to apply for a professor.** Be sure to check here to see if your position has been taken.

Birthday : (This is to clear up your characters year, as there has been some confusion. Only include the month and day, not the year.)
Blood : (Werewolf and human, for example?)
Sexuality : (Straight, Bi, Gay, Lesbian)

Physical description : (Please be creative and include at least 7 sentences. Also, every species has some form of a human. Include descriptions of any forms that they may have, or interesting attributes that they keep.)

Ethnicity : (racial)
Accent :

Personality/Moods : (The good things and the bad. Don’t tell us what you think we want to hear, we want to hear everything about your character. At least seven sentences.)

Character History : (Your character must have some history. Even if they don't remember it, or prefer to keep quiet about it. At least a good-sized paragraph please.)

Hometown and Current Residence : (Mountains, Forest, Flatlands)

Pet/Companion : (The staff may reject any pet that they find inappropriate)

Wand : (Maker, wood, core.)

Family : (In the family and any relationship with anyone here at the Academy. Make sure that their character knows.)

Special Ability : (You need to be very, very detailed here. The staff will very likely ask many questions on this, so please provide as much information as you can. List weaknesses, strengths, attributes, anything you can about your character's powers. Make sure that you check the Gudebook/Handbook for what the site accepts or does not. Be sure to check the Allowations for those the number of that species allowed.)

*Please keep in mind that these applications really do not take very long. Your answers should be exact and to the point, don't worry about too much decorativeness yet. You'll get to that in your posts.

**Note that the Staff may ask as many question as they'd like about your character. We will continue to ask you questions and edit your application until we are satisfied. It isn't hard, just fill out all the parts as fully as you can. We will not edit your applications. You must do that for yourself. We can only offer advice and suggestions.

***As we do have demons and the like, please give us an exact age. Also, please see what ages are acceptable for certain species in the Guidebook/Handbook. If there are two ages, choose the median between the two. Let's not have a 1 million year old vampire be in 1st year.Thank you for your consideration.
